Attorney Profiles

Greg has practiced law for over 33 years in Salt Lake City.  He is admitted to the Utah State Bar, the Massachusetts State Bar, and admitted to practice before the United States Supreme Court and the Utah Federal District Court, and is a member of the American Civil Liberties Union.  Greg graduated from the University of Utah College of Law where he served as a research assistant for Professor Robert Swenson in the areas of real property and water law, and where he also participated in the criminal law intern program.  He received his bachelor's degree in History, and later received his Master's degree in Archaeology, from the University of Utah. 
 Greg's years of practice have covered various fields of the law, concentrating primarily in the areas of family law, real property law, personal injury, probate, and contract law, where he has successfully represented numerous clients in a broad range of legal issues. 
 In the areas of family law he has represented many clients in both district and juvenile courts in a broad range of custody issues, many involving complex custody and financial issues.  Greg has participated in numerous child custody cases involving custody evaluations, and he has dealt with many custody evaluators and courts in the northern Utah area in areas involving the custody and minor children.
